Responsible raw material trading
Raw materials are the oldest form of financial instruments
The raw materials market is almost as old as human civilization. In the time of the Sumerians, for example, clay coins were used to buy cattle. Today, commodity trading forms the basis of the global trading ecosystem. The people at Okapi-Nederland B.V. use their specialist knowledge to achieve financial added value through trading in raw materials to finance our environmental projects. We always make sure that the raw materials are obtained taking into account sustainability, a sense of responsibility and compliance with social standards.

- Trading with raw materials
Energy, global warming, and climate change can be considered as three factors which are being highly debated in our society. The several causes for that seem to be connected with the increase of awareness in terms of climate change, ecological dangers, and the need of a sustainable handling with fossil raw materials. Due to the rising awareness, new ways concerning energy production and the according infrastructure can be created, and also transport, energy efficient production, and construction can be achieved. However, for such technological transformations an immense amount of financial resources is needed. With the individually matched financing for our IC1-projects which provide a safe and socially acceptable transformations it may become possible for us not to leave a negative influence on the economical scope of action of many market players. Okapi-Netherlands B.V is specialized on commodity trading and the procurement of financial resources. On top of that, we mainly focus on the following market regions:
Business scobe:
The main focus of Okapi-Netherlands B.V is set on countries such as Netherlands, Benelux countries, and the Netherlands Antilles. However, the raw-materials trade is being performed worldwide.
Our main business areas:
- Trading with precious metals.
- Trade in raw materials.
- Distribution of IC1-technology projects.
- Acquisition of financial resources for Okapi-Group.
- Investment and contract management
During several deep conversations with my close friend Konrad Hubertus Hübner, the CEO of Okapi AG and also Peter Uwe Lorenz, the director of Okapi AG, I came to the realization that by ignoring the climate change we may already be in the state of saving our planet last minute if we do not start taking any actions. However, with the Okapi-Group and the IC1-technology I started to see hope for our planets future, and can admit that with the knowledge that I gained through my friends about the GHBH and the IC1-technology, I, myself saw the great potential this project has. Hence, I decided to draw upon the decision of establishing Okapi-Netherlands B.V., and becoming a part of Okapi-Group.

Challenges from climate change and pollution
Due to the disinterest in the climate change, many individuals are not aware of how severe the situation regarding air, water, and ground pollution has proceeded. The increase of environmental pollution in many regions leads to a noticeable opposite trend, such as Cleantech. In particular, our IC1-technology is being used in waste disposal, water management, air pollution control, and in the production of clean energy. In addition, the renovation of contaminated waste, such as waste products or contaminated grounds and water also holds a great potential for the usage of our mobile IC1-technology.
We are planning to build an office building as well as IC1-installation production halls in Ede close to Arnheim, Netherlands. This project will contribute to the improvement of our environment through the conversion of waste and toxic substances into Co2-free energy and clean water. In order to get the permission to install our technology and
contribute to a cleaner environment, it will be a challenge for us to start a discussion with the nations, provincial, and local government in the Netherlands, Benelux-states and also in the Netherlands Antilles. It is my utmost goal to lead the IC1-technology and Okapi-Group in becoming recognized worldwide.
