Karly Desalination (Tangshan) Limited (KDTS) is the first representative project company to be established by Karly Clean Energy Limited (Hong Kong) in the Peoples Republic of China. The pilot project to be initiated by KDTS using the GHBH contracted technologies is to process local waters into potable grade water in order to showcase the available technologies capabilities.

The pilot project will also provide the First infrastructure design plan for an entire industrial park of 2000 Mu (133.2 Ha). The pilot project will include a water processing plant along with water and clean electrical generation and supply, plus waste (water and solid material) treatment for the entire industrial park. These technologies will ensure ZERO WASTE is generated by the operations of the industrial park.
